About Dr. Jain 

Dr. Neeraj Jain is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management.  He completed his Anesthesiology Residency and Fellowship in Pain Management at Northwestern University.  Dr. Jain was the Medical Director of the Pain Management Center at Hinsdale Hospital from 1993-2001 and started Pinnacle Pain Management Specialists in 2004.  With over 27 years’ experience, he is dedicated to the well-being of his patients and enjoys the challenge of working with patients to manage their pain.  In 2019, Chicago Magazine named Dr. Jain as one of Chicagoland’s top five pain management specialists.  He also received recognition from Castle Connelly’s Top Doctors list and earned a spot on the Guide to America’s Top Physicians by the Consumer’s Research Council of America. 

Dr. Jain is on the medical staff at Amita Health Adventist Medical Center-Hinsdale, Amita Health Adventist Medical Center Bolingbrook, St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, and Amita Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center Chicago.
