Neeraj Jain, M.D. completed his Undergraduate Degree at Youngstown State University and his Doctor of Medicine at Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine.  His Anesthesiology Residency and Fellowship in Pain was completed at Northwestern University. 

Dr. Jain has been practicing pain management for over 14 years.  He was the medical director of the Pain Management Center at Hinsdale Hospital from 1993-2001 at which time he went into private practice.  He began Pain Care Specialists, L.L.C in April of 2004.  He is board certified in both Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology.  In 2004, Dr. Jain earned the title Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice from the well-renowned World Institute of Pain.  He is an active member in the North American Spine Society, International Spinal Injection Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the American Academy of Pain Management.  He is well published in the practice of pain management and has participated in several research studies also in the field. 

Chicago Magazine acknowledged Dr. Neeraj Jain as one of Chicagoland’s top doctors this past year. When the magazine presented the list of the area's best 350 physicians in 55 different medical specialties, Dr. Jain was recognized as one of the five top physicians specializing in Pain Medicine.  The list was compiled by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd and is conducted annually by randomized surveys of physicians throughout the country and the medical leadership of area hospitals to identify exceptional, highly skilled doctors.  Dr. Jain was also recognized for this prestigious listing in 2003 by Castle Connelly.  He also was honored in the Guide to American’s Top Physicians by the Consumers’ Research Councils of America also in 2003.  He speaks regularly to peer organizations on the subject of pain management and is well-respected by his peers and well liked by his patients. 

Dr. Jain lives in Chicago with his wife and 2 daughters.
